An invitation is hereby extended to companies to register on the supplier database of The North West Gambling Board.

 

 

 

 

Prospective service providers are required to submit the following:

  • Company profile
  • Proof of company registration
  • Valid tax clearance certificate (original copy)
  • Certified copies of identity documents of all members

Suppliers are advised to provide a clear description of their services.

Registration forms are available on request from The NWGB office or can be downloaded here

 

Completed registration forms may be hand delivered or posted in a sealed envelope to:

North West Gambling Board, 23 First Street, Industrial site, Mafikeng, 2745 or Private Bag X34, Mmabatho, 2735

No faxed forms will be accepted
