Please take note that the Honourable D. E. Africa, Member of the Executive Council for Economic Development and Tourism, determined on the 20 April 2009, that the Regulations published in the Provincial Gazette of 27 February 2009 (Notice 75 of 2009), shall commence on 11 May 2009, save for Regulation 73 which shall come into operation on a date still to be determined.
